Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will be tasked to manage sales goals and quotas and ensure the completion of the entire sales cycle for the team. The Regional Sales Manager will be a senior leader in our organization, driving a team of high performing sales all-stars to expand our commercial landscape management in the Florida and Texas markets. They uses a “Hunters” mentality to self generate prospects and leads within their assigned territories, and build strong and lasting client relationships, while identifying market specific requirements for the assigned territory. The successful Sales Manager will hold themselves accountable for achieving their KPI’s.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales goals and quotas
  • Hire, train, and develop high performing teams to wow our clients, and meet and exceed sales goals
  • Partner with Business Development Managers to develop and implement sales plans and innovative marketing strategy
  • Manage the entire sales cycle
  • Assist Business Development Managers as needed in developing, presenting and negotiating the recommended portfolio of services to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
  • A ‘hunter’ mentality to self-generate prospects and leads within their assigned territory
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
  • Hold themselves accountable to achieving their KPIs

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated individual who is able to effectively work with a variety of high-end clients
  • 2 to 3 years of general experience in Sales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve quickly
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
  • Valid Driver’s License and Background Check Required
  • College degree required
  • The ideal candidate is an experienced sales good at a history of success in selling Landscape services, preferably for an early-stage company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
